​SENIOR / INTERMEDIATE / JUNIOR TECHNOLOGIST

​

He / she will participate in the realization of projects of various sizes and natures, within our close-knit and dynamic multidisciplinary team. He / she will be involved in all phases of the project, from pre-conceptual phases to final delivery. We are looking for a serious and dynamic person, with a strong collaborative spirit, the desire to progress and to help his teammates progress.

Main tasks :

​

• Technical architectural design

• Estimate of construction costs

• Realization and coordination of plans and specifications and construction details

• Develop technical details;

• Budget and project feasibility studies

• Coordinate with various stakeholders the integration of plans

• Perform site supervision.

  Quality control

​

Requirements:

​

• College diploma in architectural technology (compulsory);

• Have 3 to 10 years and more of experience in architectural technology;

• Proficiency in REVIT (compulsory);

  Knowledge of the BIM 360 environment

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (required);

• Knowledge of the codes and regulations in force (CNB);

• Experience in site supervision;

• Knowledge of construction techniques in Quebec

• Creative ability in solving constructive details

• Responsibility management and ability to work on several projects simultaneously.

 

Working conditions :

- Full time 37.5 hours / week
